Keep control of the story you send.

Your CV, cover letters, and job descriptions can include personal career data. SmartApply is designed to keep the workflow reviewable and controlled.

Base CV control

Your saved CV is the source material. Tailored documents should only reframe what you already provided.

Review before sending

Each generated CV is shown before download so you can check facts, dates, names, and claims.

External data awareness

Job listings can come from outside sources. Verify employer details before applying.

Account access

Accounts use authenticated sessions to keep the dashboard separate from public pages. Use a strong password, keep it private, and sign out when using a shared device.

CV and job data

SmartApply stores the CV and job details needed to provide the application workspace. That includes your base CV, selected job listings, generated CV drafts, and matching cover letters.

Avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information to your CV. If a detail is not needed for applying, keep it out of the workspace.

AI generation

When documents are generated, relevant CV and job details may be sent to the configured AI provider. The generated CV should stay grounded in the experience you supplied.

AI can still make mistakes. Review responsibilities, tools, metrics, dates, company names, and qualifications before downloading or sending the final version.

Job listing sources

Some jobs may come from external listing APIs. These sources can update, expire, or contain employer details that change after SmartApply retrieves them.

Always confirm salary, location, visa requirements, application deadlines, and employer instructions on the original listing before applying.

Practical safety

Treat SmartApply as a drafting workspace, not as an automatic submitter. You remain in control of what gets downloaded, edited, and sent to employers.
